Dylan ThomasPlaying Friday July 22, 2011 at 7:00 pm D ylan Thomas is 12 years old and lives in Traverse Bay. He has being playing classical guitar for 4 years. He has completed his Grade 3 in guitar. In November of 2010 he was the recipient of the Silver Medal Award which is equivalent to Gold from the Royal Conservatory of Music for achieving the highest mark in Manitoba for his Grade 2 guitar exam. Dylan has played in the Winnipeg Music Festival for the last three years and received a Gold in 2009, Bronze in 2010 and this year he received 3 Silvers he also won a scholarship from the Winnipeg Classical Guitar Society at this year’s Winnipeg Music Festival. He enjoys performing at local events in the community and for his family and friends.
