The focus of this annual festival is to create a family friendly, multi cultural music and entertainment event that is sure to please one and all. In the last four years alone, the Summer Winds Family Music Festival has raised over $50,000.00. Over the years the Victoria Beach Sports facility/curling rink has deteriorated and the sportsfield has become victim to vandalism and disrespect.

A dedicated group of volunteers and community members came together to start the process of revitalizing our sports grounds.  These improvements have already made an impact on the appearance and safety of our facilities.  It is also hoped that another successful festival this upcoming year will see more improvements, possibly the hiring of a summer recreational director plus bringing us closer to building a new facility.
